Where is the Seagull Line?

正面观，nose最低点（鼻尖下叶）与两侧alar下缘连成一条中间略低、两侧微扬的弧线，形似海鸥展翅，故称海鸥线。

why it matters

The smooth and symmetrical seagull line makes the tip of the nose appear exquisite and the nose does not appear heavy; if the nose is drooping or the tip of the nose is too wide, the seagull line will appear straight or unbalanced.

how to optimize

• Shaping the shape of the inferior nasal tip lobule;

• Adjustment of the position of the nostril edge (e.g. lifting the drooping person up);

• The tip of the nose shows point symmetry.

The seagull line needs to be combined with the overall nose shape. Looking at one line alone, it is easy to excessively pursue "sharp" and seek natural coordination.
