What does double C line mean?

侧面观，鼻背从山根到nose并非一条直线，而是由眉心-山根、山根-鼻尖两段微弧构成，整体呈柔和的过渡，称为双C线（双弧线）。

Why does it affect nature?

The stiff "Tongtian nose"(straight line running through) shows false; the double C line gives the back of the nose an undulating transition, which is closer to the softness of the natural nose.
