Characteristics of ear cartilage

耳cartilage具有一定弧度与柔韧性，取自耳后（多不影响外形），常用于nose的修饰、塑形与"保护层"，减少假体顶破风险。

• Wrap the tip of the nose to cushion the pressure of the prosthesis/stent on the skin;

• Modification of the tip of the nose and the inferior lobule;

• It is often combined with the nasal dorsal prosthesis to form a "prosthesis + cartilage" combination.

Ear cartilage is limited in amount and has weaker support than costal cartilage. It is often insufficient when used alone for severe collapse of the tip of the nose, and a combination of options is needed.
