What is a round nose?

鼻头圆钝指nose缺乏清晰的表现点，侧面与正面都显"肉感、不立体"，即使鼻背不低也少精致感。

causes

• nosecartilage（大翼软骨）支撑弱、穹窿分离；

• Soft tissue is thick;

• Incorrect angle of tip rotation.

Shaping ideas

• cartilage suture: Suturing the separated fornix together, narrowing and raising the tip of the nose;

• graft: Use autogenous cartilage (ear/septum/rib) to build support and shape the performance point;

• Those with thick soft tissue may need to be trimmed moderately.

The shaping of the tip of the nose emphasizes "natural straightening", and excessive pursuit of tapering may easily reveal false or unstable. It needs to be combined with the overall nose design.
