What is columella retraction

鼻小柱（鼻孔中间的软组织柱）向后退缩，会使nose显短、鼻孔正面显露偏多、鼻唇角偏大，侧面观鼻尖"上拽"。

causes

• Congenital short development;

• 既往rhinoplasty挛缩牵拉；

• Insufficient caudal nasal septum support.

Correction method

core isExtension and support：常用鼻中隔或肋cartilage移植物延长鼻小柱、支撑鼻尖；挛缩严重者需先松解瘢痕再重建。属nasal repair中较精细的部分。
